Explorenceblog: what do you do?
Favour: I am a graphics and web designer. I am currently on a project which I am planning to make big at the end of my course of study,- the Hypa (help young people aspire) design
Explorenceblog: kindly give us an indepth description of your work
Favour: The hypa design is a project (organization) that has been birthed to while pursuing my diploma but came to reality last year. We deal with graphics and website design (just the front end tho)
Explorenceblog: When did you start?
Favour: I started officially 2017 but has been into it for the past 4years now.
Explorenceblog: what are the long term and short term benefits attached to what you do?
Favour: The benefit I believe is a long term because if we should list online and legit jobs, you would make reference to graphic and website design. There is virtually no organization today that wants to increase populace that would not need the service of this two.
Explorenceblog: how can one go about it if one wants to delve into this kind of work?
Favour: To go about. U need determination. Like I always say "a mind set to work is aided by a determined heart" and also you need touch up (tutorials and follow up) from experts of like mind such as lade the hypeman, rational, Explorenceblog, to mention a few who has been a source of inspiration and challenge to me.
Explorenceblog: So, which programme do you have in mind for those who may want to learn?
Favour: I am working on bringing to Ibadan city the 1st edition of the hypa summit. The programme in stock is centred on website and graphics both theory and practicals
Help Young People Aspire Summit |

Favour: The summit is geared at producing self sufficient and independent people most especially youths who are willing to learn and who has the zeal to be great. It will b a three day summit. A detailed flier will come out as regards this.
Explorenceblog: who are those eligible for the programme?
Favour: Everyone, but the key word is if you are willing to learn
Explorenceblog: How will the programme look like?
Favour: The programme promises to be educative and informative as we will bring to you young people who are successful in this field to a reasonable extent
Explorenceblog: Advice to those who may want to learn or reluctant about it
Favour: The only advice I have is embedded in my quote knowledge is a skill acquisition and it only takes privilege to acknowledge knowledge.
Explorenceblog: final message to everyone
Favour: The concept of a value is rightly gotten from the amount of fight you put into it and not the physical fight but of wit and intellect.
ANTICIPATE THE 1st edition of hypa summit, IT'S COMING UP SOON!!!
