{POEM}: THE RIVER MILK

The day I fed from my mother's milk
My heart bleeds for love eternal
The day I sucked from my fiance's gland
I spent a hour in Paradise without visa
The day I drank from my lover's feed
My hope was rekindled for a hopeful hope.

Sweet without honey, pure as the honeyfield
Sumptuous like the route to the heavenly gate
The best pillow without a spread
The guard without a cover yet the contents secured
The double soldier who cannot be defeated for ages.

You are the medicine that cures all ailment
The lifeless flesh that wakes men from slumber
The dangling milk that gladdens all crying baby
You were our roof before when we were born
And still will be till our last breath.
