1. ALCOHOL ABUSE: Alcoholic consumption more than once per day seriously distorts the kidney performance

2. HOLDING IN URINE: Withholding urine in bladder can result in extensive kidney damage and possible kidney stones or kidney failure at worst.



3. DEHYDRATION: Drinking little water on daily basis will obstruct the kidney's performance, displaying them from flushing floor all waste and toxins away from the body.

4. TOO MUCH SALT: sodium is a great enemy of the kidney and can easily trigger various kidney problems.

5. OVER CONSUMPTION OF COFFEE: Kidneys are very prone to stress mainly caused by caffeine, if this is the case, the kidneys will begin to fail while the blood pressure rises.

6. LACK OF SLEEP: Irregular sleeping habits can harm the kidney by making the tissues more vulnerable to all toxins present in the body
