5 EFFECTIVE WAYS TO REDUCE BELLY FAT

“Eat less exercise more", a conventional wisdom which have been overturned because of the misinformation spread by the media , these mantras are what that turned our daily diets into a torturous cum hard grind and it makes people to add unwanted pounds of weight often and often all in the name of loosing weight


 Being overweight can many a time be extremely exhausting and annoying , the ideal weight of a man is of different dimensions which is determined by several factors both internally and externally so also being overweight is a common phenomenon present mostly among women, according to a recent statistics, 40 percent of female adolescent have eating disorder which makes them being overweight and also 91 percent have attempted to loose the weight by using diet aids, laxatives ,forced vomiting and many other vices which are unequivocally abysmal and unhealthy . being overweight do bring about harassment like bullying and also it makes them possess a self depreciating  thoughts

Belly fat is a common problem most young people want to overcome Belly Fat tampers with ones look and outfit.  It is mostly common among ladies and they go to the extreme by taking bitter or tasteless drinks to get rid of this fat.

Fat in the belly area is termed Visceral fat and it is harmful to the health.  It causes type 2 diabetes and heart risks.

In order to lose belly fat,  you must do some things even if they are not so easy. Your health matters,  you know??.  Note that in the process of losing belly fat,  you will lose weight in your body generally.

Effective ways to lose belly fat

1. Eat a good diet: to lose belly,  you must avoid eating meals that will make you add weight.  It is better to take lots of vegetables, fruits, lean meat, walnuts and some other food items that does not contain lots of fat in them. You can also replace your cooking oil with coconut or sesame oil.  Do not eat late at night.

2. Good sleep: Do you know that stress and lack of sleep makes you add weight?. Having five hours of sleep or less than that would not help the situation.  Make sure sleep for at least 8hours per day.  Reduce stress level to prevent wanting to take sugary stuffs

3. Exercise: it is advised that you exercise daily for about 30 minutes.  It  helps you to burn fat. Visceral fat yields easily to aerobic exercises. If you have not exercised in a while or you have health issues,  you should see your doctor before doing any work out .

4. Drink green tea: Green tea is well known for its ability to help loose some fat in the body.  It also helps to reduce heart risks and diabetes.  Exercising and taking green tea will yield good and faster results.

5. Do Yoga: Yoga is not only meant for mind or meditation. There are yoga exercises or poses that helps one to lose weight or belly fat.















Yoga helps to reduce fat in the pelvis , accelerates the process of burning fat and removes fat that deposits in the abdominal area.
